Take a portrait photo of a maritime colleague and win up to £1,000 with the ITF Seafarers' Trust

To celebrate its 40th anniversary and raise awareness of life and work at sea, the ITF Seafarers' Trust has launched a portrait photo competition for maritime professionals.

The Out of Sight, Not Out of Mind competition is looking for high-quality photos of seafarers, taken by seafarers, along with 200 words briefly telling the story of the person in the photo.

Forty entries will be chosen for publication in a special limited-edition anniversary book, and each photographer whose work is used will win £100.

The overall competition winner will win £1,000 and will have their photo published on the cover of the book.

Photographers can enter up to three submissions, and the deadline for entries is 1 May 2021.
