Nautilus is encouraging members serving onboard to help to 'keep the profession futureproof' by sharing their experiences in a new survey.
The survey, which takes just ten minutes to complete, is hosted by SkillSea (FutureProof Skills for the Maritime Transport Sector), as part of a new project aimed at developing strategies, identifying and meeting the future skills' needs of the maritime sector.
Through the survey, SkillSea hopes to measure gaps between present and future skills in maritime shipping, with the goal of ensuring that future training provision reflects the perceptions and expectations of maritime professionals.
